Accutane Severe Side Effect Lawsuit Victory

While this decision is seen as victory for Roche, it could also lead to a much more negative result.  A similar type of case was reversed in New Jersey from 2007, vacating a verdict of $2.62 million.  However, the next trial produced a verdict of more than $25 million for the plaintiff after all of the evidence was considered.
